The hotel's location is very convenient, close to Hongik University and the main streets of Hongdae. the room had a comfortable bed, central heating, a personal safe, and an electric kettle.

we had a reasonably spacious and warm room with clean bathroom, that's big plus. the food was nice with plenty of options. throughout the day staff were outstandingly accommodating and incredibly nice. location: the hotel was close enough to hongdae/hongdae subway station which has a direct line to the airport.

I had a great stay at Kim's Family Guesthouse. The room was clean and comfortable, exceeding my expectations. The owner, Mr. Kim, was incredibly helpful. Although I couldn't thank him in person during checkout, I definitely plan on staying here again if I come back to Seoul. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great value for money with clean rooms and bathrooms. The location is perfect, close to public transportation and surrounded by various dining options. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
